The FEL Valves range is a Rotary actuator with emergency control function (Fail-Safe) for 2-way and 3-way ball valves that are specifically designed for use with diesel, fuel, or Biofuels.
This is a great product with its 100% automatic shut off, which is widely used in generator fuel systems/diesel systems and similar systems.

Predominantly used across many applications such as –
- Fuel systems as a fail-safe shut off or opening for a generator set in the event of fire/mains failure.
- Diesel transfer sets in conjunction with pumps as it allows to control the pump due to its status switches
- Automated control (Open/Close) between bulk tanks and day tanks to allow isolation of fuel line.

- “Normally Open” or “Normally Closed” when energised.
- Spring return (Fail-Safe) NC – de-energised valve closed (This can also be de-energised valve open).
- High functional reliability. The actuator is overload protected.
- Requires no limit switches and automatically stops when the end stop is reached.
- Mounting position in relation to the ball valve can be selected in 90 degrees steps.
- Torque: Available options are 10 & 20 Nm @ nominal voltage on our fail-safe range.
- The actuator is equipped with universal voltage: AC 24…240 V / DC 24…125 V (Multi Voltage Actuator).
- FEL Valves can offer a 12V fail-safe option, which is suitable for diesel or biofuel systems.
- Manual actuation of the valve with manual elevator crank, engagement with the locking switch at any position.
- Unlocking is manual or automatic by applying the operating voltage.
- Flexible signalisation. 2 x auxiliary switches (1 fixed setting and 1 adjustable).
- Silicone-free lubricant on all seats.
- 100% seal test in according to EN 1266-1 RATE A.
- BSP and NPT threads available. Suitable with diesel, fuel, and biofuels.
