Pumps and Panels

Our duplex pump sets are manufactured with quality in mind, utilising welded headers with flanged isolation and non return valves where possible, providing strength and reliability whilst reducing leak paths to a minimum.

Pumps can be gear or centrifugal type, self priming, with infinitely variable flow rates and discharge pressures. Assemblies are usually mounted on fully welded containment trays with inbuilt leak detection.

Pump sets can be complimented with safety relief valves, glycerine filled pressure or vacuum gauges, anti-vibration pipework connections and anti vibration containment mounts.

Metalwork is usually folded and welded ‘Zintec’ steel, powder coated to a wide range of colours, or, brushed or polished stainless steel.

FEL can custom design control panels for direct pump control or to create a ‘main control panel’ which can provide automated and manual refuelling of single or multiple generator day tanks.

Our standard panels utilise PLCs together with a range of full colour touch screens which provide full automated control as well as modbus output.
